Highlands Physicians, Inc. received notification that CrestPoint Health will discontinue offering the CrestPoint Health Medicare Advantage plan effective June 1, 2016. For dates of service prior to June 1, 2016, the CrestPoint Medicare Advantage Contract allows for claim payments up to 364 days.

The protocol for the second round of HIPAA compliance audits has now been published by the Office for Civil Rights. Email comments can be submitted, although OCR says the protocol is final.
